Pigs raised in forest with access to many acorns and forest foraging.

Pricing at $8.00/lb hanging weight plus cut and wrap fees at Mohawk Valley Meats in Springfield.

Payments will be made to both the farmer and the butcher

for example:

Payment to the farmer ($8.00/lb hanging weight of the pig) 

+ Payment to Butcher ($80 per head/4 + $0.80/lb cut and paper wrap ($1.00/lb cut and vacuum seal) + $1.50/lb any meat cured or smoked

Half pork will be approximately $800

Mohawk does a standard cut for pork orders. The following will be included:
