Pigs raised in forest with access to many acorns and forest foraging.
Pricing at $8.00/lb hanging weight plus cut and wrap fees at 4-Star Meat Co. in Eugene.
Payments will be made to both the farmer and the butcher
for example:
Payment to the farmer ($8.00/lb hanging weight of the pig)
+ Payment to Butcher ($95 per head/2+ $0.95/lb cut and paper wrap + $1.00/lb any meat cured or smoked ($1.25/lb for nitrate free option).
Half pork will be approximately $750 in total
Once deposit is purchased, you'll receive an email within a day or two from Sarah with more information on your purchase.
