you'll be making payments to both the farmer and the butcher

Pricing at $4.25 per pound hanging weight paid to the farmer, plus processing & cut and wrap prices to Mohawk Valley Meats in Springfield. 

for example:

   Payment to Farmer ($4.25/lb hanging weight)

+ Payment to Butcher ($90 slaughter fee + $0.70/lb process and paper wrap fee ($0.90/lb process and Vacuum seal))

Quarter-Beef comes out to approximately $750. 

Cattle is raised on our pastures using regenerative rotational grazing practices.

Customer will work with Mohawk to create their individualized order of cuts.

Once deposit is purchased, you'll receive an email within a day or two from Sarah with more information on your purchase, including a list of questions to prepare for conversation with Mohawk.
